Meals and thoughts first 2.5 days


10/29


So this was breakfast:  Canned red beans, spinach, and 2 eggs
Lunch:  Black beans, red bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach...quite tastey!
I chewed a piece of gum driving

Then I got hungry (I blame the gum!!) so I stopped at taco bell in Deming and got the taco salad with no shell and no rice and picked out the stupid little tortilla strips!

My mom made stuffed bell peppers for dinner...I asked her to make me one with no rice...the yellow stuff is squash.

I guess I didn't take a pic of breakfast...but it was black beans and 2 fried eggs
Chia tea with dash of cream and some equal at the conference
They served lunch at the conference...just ate the salad, beans and brisket...yum!
Mom made her Thanksgiving dinner (she drives a big rig and will be gone for Thanksgiving) so I ate turkey and a little bit of green bean casserole
Got home and ate chicken, spinach and refried beans for supper
Pumpkin with some pumpkin pie spice and a little splanda



Wanted more...so I ate more!

 10/31...Happy Halloween!!  I want Halloween candy and brownies!!!!  For Saturday I suppose!


Breakfast:  2 whole eggs, 2 whites, veggies, green chile and some beans
 Its 11:02 am and I am not particularly hungry...but could eat some chocolate.  I LOVE chocolate, any and all chocolate!!!  Just plain old 70% Cacao dark chocolate...YUM!!!  Saturday I am eating chocolate.  I am gonna make some pumpkin puff pastries too.

I never did say that I love to cook and bake...I did say I love to eat.  I am a foodie and enjoy my food.  SO glad Saturdays are off.  MMMmmm...steaks sound good.  Maybe dinner tomorrow night.  Tonight we are going to the Halloween Carnival, I better eat before we go!!
